The Center for Advanced Dentistry & Invisible Braces, led by Dr. Jignesh Kothari and Dr. Hetal Kothari, has been providing dental care since 1973, building on a legacy of over five decades of clinical experience. With over 24 years of experience in invisible orthodontics, Dr. Jignesh Kothari focuses on Invisalign and clear aligner treatment, combining clinical expertise with advanced digital technology and individualised treatment planning. Dr. Hetal Kothari focuses on comprehensive general dental care, dental implants and cosmetic dentistry, combining a personalised approach with careful treatment planning to support long-term oral health and natural-looking smiles.

Dr. Jignesh Kothari is a leading orthodontist in Mumbai with over 24 years of full-time private practice, specialising in invisible orthodontics and Invisalign® treatments. Dr. Hetal also completed her B.D.S. from the prestigious Nair Hospital, Mumbai and thereafter pursued her Masters.(M.D.S) in conservative dentistry and endodontics at the Govt.Dental college, Mumbai.
Dr. Hetal Kothari brings warmth, precision, and modern expertise to a legacy dental practice she has successfully led for over 24 years, building on a foundation of 53+ years of trusted dental care (Chhaya dental clinic). Deeply committed to continuous learning, she consistently updates her skills to stay at the forefront of advanced dental technologies, while maintaining a gentle, patient-centred approach that puts comfort first.
She specialises in minimally invasive restorative dentistry and has successfully completed advanced implant training with AIC. Her expertise also includes smile makeovers and cosmetic dental treatments, helping patients achieve both function and aesthetics with natural-looking results. Dr Maitry has completed her B.D.S from Sharavati Dental College , Karnataka in 2012 & has been working as an associate dentist at our clinic for the last 14 years . Dr Maitry has a vast experience in treating orthodontic patients with Fixed braces , Lingual braces & Invisalign . She has excellent patient communication skills ,public relations & is our chief Invisalign case Co-ordinator. Our Patients love to be under her gentle care
